We will contribute to the society though natural resource saving, power saving and functions for reduction of environmental load that surface modification coating has.

We, TOCALO have following 6 items as a basic management policy to actualize quality medium establishment with high technique / high benefits character.

We, TOCALO Group drive health business activities with good faith and imagination, as We stipulate following action agenda of business as a company that contribute to realization of an affluent society.

1 Based on customer's satisfaction, we develop and supply useful products for company and make effort to ensure customer's trust.
2 All our board member and employee have responsibility to put into practice as corporate ethics based on compliance.
3 We attempt to put in practice in priority to 「Environment Conservation・ Safety・ Accident Prevention」 for all business activities such as manufacturing, sales and abolishment.
We attempt to ensure ideal working environment according to law of overseas and local area.
4 We attempt to ensure having opportunity as communicate with various stakeholders such as customers, employees and community also discloser information of general business activities to achieve accountability for society.

The Activities for CSR

 
1 Establishment of Clean Line Committee
We established internal communication system, Clean Line System, to uphold corporate ethics and compliance with laws and regulation.  It urges detection of potential risks and prevention of serious issue.
2 Establishment of CSR Committee
We established TOCALO CSR Committee to work together for promoting CSR activities and enhancement of our corporate value.
3 .ISO14001 Acquisition
TOCALO Group obtains ISO14001 at its headquarters, 8-factories/offices and its subsidiary,
Japan Coating Center.
4 Commitment to the society
In addition to our business activities, we strive for playing an important role in contributing to a sustainable society and local communities.
